This year’s Goldstone Forum keynote speaker, Molly Melching, will discuss Changing Harmful Social Norms in Traditional Societies. She is the founder and executive director of Tostan, an organization whose mission is to empower African communities with sustainable development, social transformation and respect for human rights. The forum will take place on Tuesday, March 26, at 4:30 p.m. in Huntsman Hall G06.
The Goldstone Forum is made possible by Steven F. Goldstone, C’67, former chairman of Nabisco Group Holdings. The Goldstone Fund, created from his gift to the PPE program at Penn, supports postoctoral fellowships and lectureships, underwrites visiting professors, workshops and seminars, and funds PPE majors who are conducting research projects.
