SEPTA will enter the second phase of its multi-staged infrastructure reconstruction project for a two-week period in August. There will be NO TRAIN SERVICE to/from University City Station from Saturday, August 4 –Sunday, August 19. During this time, patrons using the Airport, Media-Elwyn, and Wilmington-Newark rail lines can expect service substitutions or adjustments while this project work is conducted. SEPTA will release additional infrastructure project updates at www.septa.org/arsenal/index.html During this period, commuters who drive and park in the area can expect additional traffic congestion in University City.
