On Thursday, April 11, the 2019 Silfen Forum will address Is There an Antidote for the Opioid Epidemic? Seeking a Cure for the Worst Drug Crisis in American History. The event will take place in Irvine Auditorium at 3 p.m. and will be live streamed as well.
