ART ...

At the Esther Klein Gallery

Going Down In Time III, by painter Timothy Hawkesworth is a mixed media on paper. His works are drawn from his experience with the Irish landscape and his years as a figurative painter. The work above is described as relating to "passage" and "seems to bare witness to how our vulnerability as human beings contrasts with the tenacity and brute force of our nature." His work is on exhibit at the Esther Klein Art Gallery through January 4, 2002.

And at the Museum

Poster of Mongolia leaping over capitalism, by artist D. Amgalan, is part of the Museum's exhibit Modern Mongolia Reclaiming Genghis Khan now through July.
