In last week’s issue, on page 1, the last line was inadvertently left off of the announcement of the Robert Weiss Professorship in Music. It should read in its entirety, “He [George Weiss] is the chair of the University Committee for Undergraduate Financial Aid and a member of the Board of Trustees.” We regret the omission.

Another Addendum to Penn-made Presidents
In addition to the numerous Penn-made Presidents previously listed (Almanac February 20) Penn alumnus Vincent M. Maniaci was named president of American International College, in Springfield, MA, in 2005. He earned a doctorate in management of higher education from GSE.
