Trustees Stated Meeting: June 20

In addition to motions authorizing the start of Sansom Common and other physical development projects, the preliminary agenda for Friday's stated meeting of the Trustees includes motions to adopt a FY1998 budget; to reelect Dr. Roy Vagelos as chair and Mrs. Susan Catherwood and Dr. Gloria Twine Chisum as vice chairs; and to elect an executive committee. There are also resolutions to:

• adopt Proposed Procedures Governing Sanctions Taken Against Members of the Faculty; and

• establish two new positions--Practice Professor in the Wharton School, and Practice Lecturer in the Graduate School of Education.

The stated meeting will be held from 2:30-3:15 p.m. in Alumni Hall of the Faculty Club, and is open to observers.
