Penn Home Ownership Services (PHOS) will conclude its fall workshop series with a new program, “Current Market, Sellers and Refinance Tools.” This session will outline the many resources that are available to prospective home buyers through the PHOS program. 

The workshop, open to employees of the University and its health system, will be Wednesday, December 9 in the Division of Business Services Large Conference Room, Suite 440A at 3401 Walnut Street, 12:30-1:30 p.m. Lunch will be provided; advance registration for this event is required.
