Two Home Ownership Workshops	Print Issue

Two informational workshops will be conducted this month by Penn Home Ownership Services (PHOS) as part of its Spring Education Series.

On Thursday, April 16, lending partner Santander will join PHOS representatives at “Current Mortgage/Finance Market” in the Business Services’ Large Conference Room at 3401 Walnut Street, Suite 440A. Attendees will learn about the ins and outs of mortgage refinancing and the benefits homeowners may receive from it. 

On Monday, April 27, PHOS will present “Seller–Preparing Your Home for Sale.” This workshop will offer a wealth of information that explains how a homeowner can make his or her property more attractive to buyers, along with other advice. Trident Mortgage Company and PHOS representatives will answer questions. This will be held at Human Resources’ Learning and Development, 3624 Market Street, Suite 1A South.
