Penn Home Ownership Services (PHOS) is pleased to announce that Santander Bank, formerly known as Sovereign Bank, is the newest lending partner to join the PHOS program. Santander joins existing partners Gateway Diversified Funding, Trident Mortgage and Wells Fargo.

PHOS offers eligible Penn and UPHS employees the opportunity to apply for closing cost assistance for home purchases as well as rehabilitation in the West Philadelphia area. The department also offers refinancing options, home improvement grants, loans, educational workshops and a variety of other resources.
