The Business Services Division (BSD) of the University has recently completed its biennial report for 2011 and 2012 titled, forward to the FUTURE. The report provides readers with a snapshot of how BSD has “delivered on its commitment to provide high-quality service in a fiscally responsible manner all while supporting the Penn Compact,” President Amy Gutmann’s strategic vision for the future.
