Jane Glick, Dental Medicine & Medicine
At press time, Almanac learned of the death of Dr. Jane Glick, a former research assistant professor in the School of Dental Medicine and a former senior research investigator and adjunct associate professor in cell and molecular biology. She died on November 15.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 21, at 1 p.m. at the Swarthmore Presbyterian Church, 727 Harvard Avenue, Swarthmore, PA 19081. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to the Penn Medicine Development Office to support the Jane M. Glick Graduate Student Teaching Award. Donations should be made to the Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania.

Richard Tureck, Medicine
Dr. Richard W. Tureck, professor of obstetrics and gynecology at HUP, died of cardiac arrest while on vacation in Anguilla, West Indies, on October 28 at the age of 60.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dr. Tureck’s name may be made to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia 34th and Civic Center Blvd., Philadelphia, PA.
