$10 Million Gift for Riepe College House Spruce College House in the Quadrangle is being renamed Riepe College House. The naming recognizes a $10 million pledge made by James and Gail Petty Riepe of Baltimore to support the college house and honors their longstanding dedication to strengthening student life at Penn.
