Non-Discrimination Policy Correction

The Open Enrollment materials that were recently distributed by the Division of Human Resources contained an outdated version of the University's non-discrimination policy. The phrase "gender identity" was erroneously excluded. We regret this error. A link to the University's current affirmative action and non-discrimination policies can be found in the Policy Manual on the Human Resources website, www.hr.upenn.edu.
