New Network Policy

The Network Policy Committee, IT Roundtable, and the Vice President for ISC wish to call your attention to a recently approved networking/computing policy. This policy specifies the conditions under which a network switch device may be connected to a PennNet wallplate. The goal of the policy is to allow network users to take advantage of the convenience of multi-port network switches in cases where doing so will not adversely affect the provision of network service to others.
