Greek Sesquicentennial Gala and Scholarship AuctionThe Office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs will celebrate of 150 years of fraternities and sororities at Penn on Thursday, May 17, from 6-10 p.m. at Park Hyatt Philadelphia at the Bellevue. The evening will include an historical display, students performing groups and a silent auction to benefit the endowed Greek Scholarship Fund. President Judith Rodin will give a welcome, and David Stollman, Sigma Phi Epsilon Foundation Board of Directors and Campuspeak owner, will give the keynote address. This event is open to all members of the Penn Greek community, their guests and friends. Ticket prices start at $150 per person for alumni and $80 for students and young alumni ('91-'04). Walk for Wellness: May 5The Center of Excellence in Women's Health and the Philadelphia Black Women's Health project are co-sponsoring a Walk for Wellness in West Philadelphia on May 5, starting at 9 a.m. at 4212 Chestnut Street. The 3-mile walk through West Philadelphia will be followed by a mini-health fair at St. Mary's Church at Hamilton Village, along with a raffle and refreshments.
