The search committee invites nominations and applications for the position of Dean of the School of Nursing. Leading candidates for the Deanship will have distinguished records of accomplishment in nursing research and education and will have demonstrated significant leadership skills. Qualifications for the position include an earned doctorate or its equivalent, significant academic and administrative experience, and an appreciation of the values and objectives of a nursing school dedicated to excellence in teaching, scholarship and service.

The search committee will begin reviewing applications by August 15, 2000, although the search will remain open until the position is filled.
