Introductory Period ReminderThe Introductory Period policy and process for newly hired staff members was revised effective January 1, 2000. Supervisors are reminded that they should share written performance expectations with their new staff members during the first week of employment using the new Introductory Period Performance Plan. The Introductory Period Performance Plan, Guidelines for Supervisors, policy, and other materials can be accessed via the Division of Human Resources web site at www.hr.upenn.edu.
