Mounting an exhibit? Orchestrating a concert? Planning a play? Showing a film? The monthly AT PENN calendar is done in print—as the black-and-white pullout within an issue of Almanac and as a colorful poster—as well as on our website and Penn's mobile website, m.upenn.edu
Almanac's monthly AT PENN Calendar is the only all-inclusive calendar of Penn events on campus. With a readership in print and online, a free listing in the AT PENN Calendar increases visibility and attendance.
Ensure that Penn and the community are aware of your events by notifying Almanac during your event planning process. You may send us a schedule for the whole year, the semester, or weekly, but please notify us if there are subsequent changes or cancellations.
Information need not be rewritten. We'll be glad to take your information from a flyer, poster, brochure or Word document, as soon as you have the information.
A notice in each monthly calendar tells readers that unless otherwise indicated, all events are open to the general public. If your event is not open to this wider audience, indicate "campus only" or "PennCard required."
Please provide the following information when submitting an event:
- Date of event
- Type of event (Exhibit, Meeting, Talk, etc.)
- Topic (name of show, seminar title)
- Names of speakers, performers; their titles or affiliations
- Audience (campus only, members only, etc.)
|
- Time
- Place-Room/Building
- Admission charge, if any
- Sponsor(s)
- Contact Info. (phone number, email address, URL)

We accept information in any of the following ways: Fax (215) 898-9137, e-mail (almanac@upenn.edu), or through U.S. mail, intramural mail or via messenger. We are on the second floor of 3910 Chestnut St, Philadelphia, PA 19104-3111.
Submitting Media (i.e. images, video and audio clips): We encourage event planners to provide photos or illustrations as well as video or audio clips, or a CD from which a clip can be extracted, whenever appropriate. We will return artwork, and audio/video clips if you so indicate. Please give caption information in writing and the name of any photographer or artist who should be credited. Images can be sent as an attachment to an e-mail message or we can scan photos including photos from slides. We use the color photos, when available, on the web version and the black & white in print. For example, see the Summer AT PENN calendar online.

Weekly Update Deadlines: Monday for the following week's issue on Tuesday.
Reminder: The weekly update normally lists events happening Wednesday through Tuesday. For example, the Update in the August 30, 2016 issue will have events spanning August 31-September 6. Since there is no issue of Almanac during Spring Break, the preceding week's Update will encompass a two-week period; therefore, the Update in the February 28 issue will span two weeks. Events are published depending on the availability of space.
There is no charge for listings in either the monthly AT PENN calendaror weekly Update. Thank you for your continued cooperation.
